TWO teenage girls on Wednesday night were rescued while an American national was arrested for sexual exploitation in Angeles City, Pampanga.
Nabbed was American national Robert Carlos Ramirez alias “Kyle/Kalbo Reynoso,” 46, of Jo Carter’s Hotel and Suites in Malabanias, Angeles City, according to a report submiited by the Angeles City police to Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Jose Hidalgo Jr..
Ramirez cohort, alias “John,” an alleged pimp, of Malabanias, Angeles City, eluded arrest.
The foreigner was arrested in a raid inside the Hafa Adai Court Hotel located in Bgy. Malabanias while with the two young women aged 15 and 17.
Police records showed Ramirez was previously arrested for the same offense. When the Angeles City police’ Anti-Trafficking in Persons Task Group verified that the two suspects were seen frequenting the hotel with young women, they immediately launched an entrapment led by Angeles City police chief Lt. Col. Deonido Maniago.
At 10 p.m. on Wednesday, after the Hafa Adai Hotel staff member informed the operating team that Ramirez had checked-in at the hotel with two minor girls, police immediately conducted the raid.
The two rescued girls were subjected to a medical examination at the Rafael Lazatin Memorial Medical Center and later brought to the Women’s Desk Station for documentation and filing of appropriate charges against Ramirez and the alleged pimp.
