BATANGAS Police Provincial Office concluded the Police Explosive Reconnaissance Course (PERC) on September 12, 2023 at BPPO Grandstand, Camp General Miguel C. Malvar, Kumintang Ilaya, Batangas City.
Based on the report of Batangas Police Provincial Office Provincial Director Police Colonel Samson B Belmonte to Police Regional Office CALABARZON Regional Director Regional Director Police Brigadier General Carlito M Gaces, said training was composed of 46 PNP personnel and 4 from Philippine Coast Guard with a total of fifty (50) participants. Mr. Lorenz A Pesigan graced the activity as guest of honor and speaker. Certificates and Awards were also given to worthy participants who excelled in the said course.
The 15-day training aims to equip law enforcers the required knowledge and competency in the field of explosive ordnance detection, identification, explosive related incident investigation and target analysis, techniques, searching methods, Do’s and DON’T’S in dealing bomb threat incidents.
