As the Guardians of the Highways, RHPU4A, Regional Chief, PCOL ROMMEL C ESTOLANO, in coordination with LTO, LTFRB, and PDEA reminded Bus operators and drivers to religiously observe the acronym BLOWBAGETS and refrain from using prohibited drugs. It is a simple reminder and checklist that all drivers must follow religiously to ensure the safety and security of the riding public and that their vehicles are roadworthy. It stands for BATTERY, LIGHTS, OIL, WATER, BREAK, AIR, GAS, ENGINE, TIRE, and SELF. These safety reminders aim to ensure safe travel, preemptive measures to evade Road Crash Incidents (RCI), and peaceful observance of the Semana Santa.
