San Fernando City, La Union –Children in conflict with the law (CICL) and children at risk (CAR) in the province of La Union were recently given training and basic information on first aid and other lifesaving tips during the conduct of Phase II of Panagkikibin Program, a community-based services provided by the city government of San Fernando, La Union through in partnership with the Pangilinan City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO).
The 2-day training also covered the Learning Development of the CICL and CAR participants where speakers from the CSWDO and NASUDI Center discussed modules on Changing Relationship and Having a Safe, Health, and Happy Adolescence.
City Mayor Hermenegildo A. Gualberto assured residents that the City Government will always uphold the well-being of children and will continue to provide avenues for their development and welfare.
