A TOTAL of 83 law violators were arrested during a week-long Simultaneous Anti-Crime Law Enforcement Operations by the Bataan police.
Bataan police acting director Col. Romell Velasco said 22 persons were nabbed in separate buy-bust operations in Abucay, Dinalupihan, Hermosa, Limay, Mariveles, Morong, Orani, Orion and Pilar.
About 46 sachets of shabu and four sachets of marijuana were seized.
Velaso said 48 most wanted persons were arrested by members of the Abucay, Dinalupihan, Hermosa, Limay, Orion, Pilar, Orani, Mariveles and Samal police.
Another suspect was caught for stealing a motorcycle while three persons were arrested in Mariveles for possession of loose guns.
Six firearms were confiscated by the Mariveles and the Orani police.
At least 19 men were captured in anti-gambling operations in Balanga and Limay and P4,330 in bet money was confiscated.
The Bataan top cop commended his men for the accomplishments in the anti-crime and law enforcement drives as he vowed to continue operations to ensure the maintenance of peace and order in the province.
