MABALACAT City Mayor Crisostomo Garbo urged government workers and public servants to serve the people of the city with empathy and a smile.The mayor urged local government employees to unite in delivering good public service to the Mabalaquenians.”We are all part of the LGU, and we should all take responsibility for our roles in delivering quality public service,” Garbo stressed.
He reminded city hall employees that the public’s perception of the LGU’s’ performance depends on their actions and attitudes and urged them to always be courteous, respectful, and responsive to the needs of the people they serve.
“Our Kabalens deserve the best service we can offer. Let us do our best to serve them with a positive attitude and a sincere desire to help,” he added.
Garbo’s call for unity and sincerity among city employees was well-received by the attendees who expressed their commitment to work together in delivering quality public service to the people of Mabalacat City.
