AICS DISTRIBUTION IN CABUYAO CITY. Laguna Vice Gov. Karen Agapay, League of Vice Governors of the Philippines president, graces the distribution of Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situations (AICS) from the DSWD last Wednesday at Bgy. Sala Covered Court in Cabuyao City, Laguna. Agapay initiated the giving of cash assistance to indigent Lagunenses. A total of 300 beneficiaries each received the P3,000 cash aid during the payout.
