
LAGUNA — THE Akay ni Gob Action Center, led by Governor Sol Aragones, has released ₱3.62 million in medical and burial assistance, benefiting thousands of Lagunenses facing health challenges and bereavement costs
Among the beneficiaries was Eric Baldo, 55, from San Pedro, who recently underwent surgery for thyroid cancer and sought financial support for his recovery. Hermie Aragoncillo, 35, from Santa Rosa, who suffers from a hearing problem, also received assistance for his treatment.
The provincial government, through the Akay ni Gob Action Center, ensured that the distribution process was swift and well-organized, making aid accessible to those who need it most. The program continues to serve as a vital lifeline for Lagunenses, reflecting the administration’s focus on compassionate and responsive governance.
