PRESIDENT Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr., with Speaker Ferdinand Martin G. Romualdez and Trade and Industry Secretary Alfredo Pascual, witnesses the signing Thursday afternoon (Saudi time) of an agreement between Saudi and Filipino firms at the St. Regis Hotel in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. With an estimated value of US $120 million, the agreement will benefit more than 15,000 Filipinos in training and employment opportunities.
