SUNFULL Foundation Founder and Chairman Dr. Min Byoung-Chul hands over a plaque of appreciation to Speaker Ferdinand Martin G. Romualdez during a courtesy call at the Speaker’s Office in the House of Representatives on Thursday. Founded in 2007, the Sunfull Foundation is a non-governmental organization with the mission of countering cyberbullying, hate speech, and human rights violations on the internet.
