Camp BGen Vicente P Lim- PRO 4A Regional Director, PBGen Paul Kenneth T Lucas spearheads the post Valentine celebration of PRO CALABARZON through the Marriage Enrichment Seminar and Marriage Renewal of Vows for Uniformed and Non-Uniformed Couples held at PRO 4A Multi-Purpose Hall, Camp BGen Vicente P Lim, Calamba City, Laguna.
The said ceremony was conducted through the initiative of PBGen Lucas with the support of the Regional Pastoral Office through, Reverend Father, PLTCOL Heintje L Cañete which aims to establish strong marital life for PRO 4A personnel who are journeying towards a God-centered, Family-based and Service-oriented goal in their family lives.
The seminar, led by distinguished speakers and relationship experts, focused on fostering God-centered, family-oriented, and service-oriented goals in the lives of the participating couples. The 25 couples including the Regional Director and his wife, Mrs. Mary June T Lucas engaged in discussions, interactive sessions, and practical insights, and were equipped with valuable tools to enhance communication, resolve conflicts, and deepen their connection.
PBGen Lucas and Mrs. Mary June T Lucas led the Renewal of Vows Ceremony, where couples had the opportunity to reaffirm their commitment to each other. Against the backdrop of a serene setting, couples expressed their love and dedication in a heartfelt ceremony officiated by Rev. Fr. PLTCOL Heintje L Cañete symbolizing a renewed pledge to navigate life’s journey together.
PBGEN Lucas, emphasized the importance of living a God-centered and Family based service to all the personnel of PRO CALABARZON. He also encouraged all the PNP personnel of PRO4A to be responsible and a good example to our community by working as a strong and united couple. “Strengthening the bonds of our couples in the police service not only benefits them personally but also contributes to a more resilient and supportive community,” he said.
“Ang pagmamahalan ay isang biyayang panghabang-buhay, at bilang mga katuwang sa paglalakbay ng buhay ng mag-asawa, narito tayo upang palalimin ang pundasyon ng ating pagsasama. By working together as strong, united couples, we not only enrich our own marriages but also contribute to building a society founded on love, respect, and understanding ” RD Lucas added.
