INIHAIN ni Mindoro 1st District Representative Arnan C. Panaligan ang siyam na panukalang batas ng 20th Congress nitong Hunyo 30 .
Sa simula ng kanyang ikalawang termino bilang kongresista ng Oriental Mindoro, kabilang sa kanyang mga inihain ay ang Mindoro Island Mining Free Zone Bill, Mimaropa Regional Hospital Bill, Verde Island Passage Protected Seascape Bill, Rights of Nature Bill, Amendments in the Agricultural Tarrification Law, Iron and Steel Industry Development Act, at Ship Building and Ship Repair Industry Development Act.
Sa mga susunod na araw ay maghahain din siya ng iba pang House bills sa kongreso .
