STA. ROSA CITY, LAGUNA — Enchanted Kingdom brought grandparents and their loved ones together for a weekend of family bonding, entertainment, and special treats during Fiesta ng Pagmamahal: A Grandparents Celebration held on September 12 and 13.
The two-day celebration formed part of the theme park’s Love Saribuhay campaign, which highlights Philippine biodiversity through the values of love, respect, loyalty, togetherness, and family solidarity.
The event paid tribute to grandparents as pillars of Filipino families, recognizing their enduring role in providing wisdom, guidance, and nurturing relationships across generations.
In addition to enjoying more than 30 rides and attractions, families were treated to screenings of beloved Filipino films featuring heartwarming stories of love, family, and lasting relationships.
The film lineup, presented in partnership with VIVA Films, included Unforgettable, Miss Granny, and Hating Kapatid. The movies were shown on both days at Eldar’s Theater.
Grandparents also received complimentary wellness services on September 13, including hair care, head and shoulder massages, and scalp treatments.
The celebration further provided free medical and health consultations through a partnership with Unihealth–Sta. Rosa Hospital and Medical Center, Inc.
Through the event, Enchanted Kingdom underscored the importance of family connections and the valuable role of grandparents in Filipino culture.
The theme park’s celebration of Philippine biodiversity will continue as it prepares for its 31st anniversary, with more activities and offerings lined up for Fiesta ng Saribuhay this October.
