COINEX Charity, known for its global philanthropic initiatives in education, poverty alleviation, disaster relief, and medical support, recently made a significant impact in Negros Occidental.
With a mission to “Make the world a better place via blockchain” CoinEx Charity has established a multimillion-dollar fund dedicated to helping vulnerable populations worldwide, promoting educational equity, and bridging the wealth disparity.
In their latest effort, CoinEx Charity visited Barangay Alicante in the town of Enrique B. Magalona, where they distributed school supplies to 100 students at the Child Development Center (Daycare Center).
The recipients were children of parents who attended and participated in the organization's cryptocurrency seminar. The event was graced by the presence of the Barangay Captain and local teachers, ensuring smooth and efficient execution, thanks to the support of volunteers who had also assisted during the onslaught of Typhoon Odette in 2022.
Mr. Dell Omasas, Country Manager of CoinEx Philippines, announced that the group would also head to Cebu on August 9, 2024, for #Conn3ct Cebu.
This series of events aims to connect individuals and communities to Web3 technologies, drawing a highly engaged audience keen on exploring this innovative field. Following this, CoinEx Charity will travel to Barangay Talahid, Almeria, Biliran, Leyte, on August 18, 2024, to conduct a Crypto Education Seminar for parents interested in learning about cryptocurrency.
