THE Provincial Government of Laguna (PGL) is set to hold the much-anticipated 2025 ANILAG Festival from March 9 to 15, 2025, with the theme: “Sama-Sama Tayo sa Tuloy-Tuloy na Saya sa Laguna.” Under the leadership of Governor Ramil L. Hernandez, this year’s celebration promises to be another spectacular showcase of Laguna’s rich culture, arts, and traditions.

Grand Opening with Faith and Festivity
The festival will kick off on March 9 with the traditional Fluvial Parade, a solemn tribute to the festival’s patroness, Nuestra Señora de los Dolores of San Pablo. This religious procession will be followed by the opening of the Trade Fair Competition, where local government units (LGUs) will showcase their products in intricately designed booths.
The afternoon will bring visual delights with the Land Float Parade Competition, featuring creatively decorated floats. As night falls, spectators can enjoy the Street Dance Competition and the breathtaking Pyromusical Display and Exhibition.

The following days will be packed with activities catering to every sector of the community:
Beauty pageants for kids, married individuals, and seniors, celebrating the diverse beauty of Laguna.
Wedding Expo for soon-to-be-wed couples.
LGBTQ+ Presentation, a vibrant and entertaining showcase of creativity and self-expression.
Landscape Competition, highlighting the artistic skills of Laguna’s landscapists.
Cosplay Competition, bringing favorite fantasy and pop culture characters to life.
Agriculture Day, featuring the best of Laguna’s local farming industry.
Sports Events, including a Zumba competition, Fun Bike, and Kite Flying Contest.
Culinary Festival, offering a feast of Laguna’s finest dishes.
Furry Run for Fun, a special event for pet lovers.
Car and Motor Show, an exciting display of roaring engines and sleek designs.
Star-Studded Highlights
One of the festival’s most awaited nights is the Ginoo at Binibining Laguna Beauty Pageant on March 14, where stunning contestants will take center stage.
On the final day, March 15, a Closing and Thanksgiving Mass will be held in honor of the festival’s patroness. Throughout the festival, attendees can also enjoy carnival rides and live performances by the stars of Enchanted Kingdom at the Laguna Cultural Center.
The grand finale, People’s Night Extreme, will take place at the Laguna Sports Complex, featuring thrilling performances and the much-anticipated Pyromusical Display and Competition.
