JOINT operatives arrested over the weekend an alleged serial rapist during an operation in Bulacan.
Nabbed was Henry dela Cruz, the no. 1 most wanted in Bulacan.
Dela Cruz was caught by members of the 2nd Provincial Mobile Force Company-Bulacan and the San Rafael police.
The arrested suspect is facing four counts of acts of lasciviousness and five counts of qualified rape.
An informant lead the police to the suspect’s lair, resulting in his capture.
Meanwhile, In Nueva Ecija, Elena Valdez, a most wanted in Cabanatuan City, was arrested in Bgy. Valle Cruz by joint operating units of the Cabanatuan City police, the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group Nueva Ecija Provincial Field Unit, Regional Intelligence Unit 3, 1st Provincial Mobile Force Company Nueva Ecija – Police Provincial Office, Regional Mobile Force Battalion 3, 304th Mobile Company RMFB3, and the Special Concern Unit 3.
Valdez was arrested for violation of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
In Tarlac, Roy Galvan, the top most wanted in Camiling town, was nabbed by members of the Camiling police for murder.
Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Jose Hidalgo Jr. vowed for continuous arrest of persons sought by law to show that the police are doing their best to account for all wanted persons and rid the society of fugitives and lawless elements.
