Speaker Ferdinand Martin G. Romualdez delivers his message during the ceremonial turnover of the proposed P6.352 trillion National Expenditure Program (NEP) for 2025 from the Department of Budget and Management led by Secretary Amenah Pangandaman. Speaker Romualdez said “job creation, quality education, expanded health care, and social protection are among the priorities in the proposed 2025 national budget”.
