POLICE on Wednesday arrested two bigtime female drug traffickers and seized three kilos of shabu worth P20.4 million in a buy-bust operation in Cabanatuan City.
Nabbed were Sittie Pindatun, 30; and Nor-an Bilal 26, both of Bgy. H-2, Dasmariñas, Cavite.
Combined operatives of the Nueva Ecija Police Provincial Office, the Provincial Police Drug Enforcement Unit, Police Intelligence Unit – Nueva Ecija Police Provincial Office, Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency-Nueva Ecija, Criminal Investigation and Detection Group, Cabanatuan City Police Station and the Regional Intelligence Division 3 and the Regional Drug Enforcement Unit 3 conducted the entrapment at Lakewood Subd., Bgy . Sumacab Este, Cabanatuan City.
The operating teams said the suspects were one of the major distributors of shabu in the National Capital Region, Bulacan and Nueva Ecija provinces.
Confiscated from the suspects were two pieces of sealed green plastic tea bag containing shabu and 10 knot-tied transparent plastic bags containing at least three kilograms of shabu valued at P 20.4 million, the marked money and two cellular phones.
Charges for violation of Republic Act 9165 or The Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 were filed against the arrested suspects.
