TWO persons accused of multiple counts of estafa on Wednesday were arrested by Central Luzon police in Magalang, Pampanga.
Nabbed were Jemma Molito, 37, of Midsayaf, Cotobato, Meynard Cabungcal, 46, a native of Quezon City, and Judy Anicete, 55, of Angeles City, Pampanga.
In a report to Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Jose Hidalgo Jr., Regional Special Operations Group 3 chief Lt. Col. Jay Dimaandal, said his men, together with the Regional Mobile Force Battalion 3 (RMFB3) and the Magalang police, conducted the operation in Bgy. San Francisco, Magalang town.
Molito was arrested for eight counts of estafa, with no bail recommended, while Cabungcal was accused for six counts of estafa.
Anicete was nabbed for illegal possession of firearms and ammunition.
Dimaandal said the three arrested suspects were charged with violation of Article 151 of the Revised Penal Code or Resistance and Disobedience to person in Authority.
Hidalgo commended the team and vowed that the Central Luzon police will be unremitting in accounting and arresting individuals sought by law.
