
POLICE Regional Office 3 Director Brig. Gen. Jose Hidalgo Jr. yesterday announced the arrest of six drug suspects, including two women, in anti-illegal drug operations in Floridablanca and Angeles City in Pampanga over the weekend.
Operatives of the Floridablanca police conducted a buy-bust in Bgy. Bodega, Floridablanca, Pampanga, which resulted in the arrest of three suspects who are included in the police drug watchlist.
Hidalgo identified the three as Joel Sanque , Aida Mora alias “Bidang” and Randy Escotillon.
Seized were three plastic sachets containing shabu weighing more or less 53 grams valued at P363,000, a cal. .45 pistol, a cal. .45 magazine loaded with six live bullets, one weighing scale, a sling bag, one cellphone , and the marked money.
In Angeles City, drug-listed suspect Jessica Nucum and her cohort, Jhonnel Montalbo, were arrested by the Angeles City police in an entrapment operation in Bgy. Pulung Maragul.
Confiscated from the duo were three plastic sachets of shabu weighing at least 52 grams worth some P354,000 and the vehicle used in the illegal drug trasaction.
Another buy-bust operation in Bgy. Sta. Trinidad, Angeles City resulted in the arrest of Sputnik Gang member and drug-listed Elton Menor alias “Tonton.”
Confiscated from Menor were one cal. .38 revolver, three live bullets, the marked money, and three plastic sachets of shabu worth P68,000.
“The Central Luzon police force will continue its relentless pursuit in combating illegal drug activities, in support to the DILG’S BIDA program, which gears towards diminishing drug consumption within our communities,” Hidalgo said.
