Speaker Ferdinand Martin G. Romualdez, assisted by Surigao del Sur Gov. Alexander “Ayec” Pimentel, 2nd District Rep. Johnny Pimentel and Bislig City Mayor Florencio Garay, leads the distribution of assistance under the Integrated Scholarship and Incentives Program for the Youth to 2,000 student beneficiaries at Bislig City Cultural and Sports Center Friday (June 21, 2024). The program targets students in the tertiary and vocational levels who are struggling with financial issues.The beneficiaries received cash assistance for tuition fee and other expenses. Present during the event are 77 House members led by Deputy Speakers David “Jay-jay” Suarez, Antonio “Tonypet” Albano, Vincent Franco “Duke” Frasco, Majority Leader Manuel Jose “Mannix” Dalipe, Minority Leader Marcelino Libanan and other local government officials.
