POLICE on Thursday arrested three high-value targets while over P353,000 worth of shabu was confiscated in an entrapment operation in Porac, Pampanga.
Based on a report submitted to Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Jose Hidalgo Jr., operatives of the Pampanga Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit launched a buy-bust in Bgy. Señora Porac, which resulted in the arrest of suspects Jeric Castro, Jackielyn Catap alias “Chiqui,” both residents of Bgy. Sta. Cruz, and Myco Santos alias “Putut,” of Bgy. Señora, Porac municipality.
The suspects yielded about 52 grams of shabu valued at P353,600, a mobile phone, and the marked money.
Castro, Catap and Santos will be charged with violation of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
“The PRO3 is continuously strengthening its anti-illegal drugs strategies by intensifying the intelligence-driven and high-impact operations to arrest top-level drug personalities,” the Central Luzon top cop said.
