THE intensified anticrime operations by the Bulacan police has hauled to jail 33 law violators on Wednesday .
A report submitted by Bulacan police director Col. Relly Arnedo to Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Jose Hidalgo Jr. that of the total number of suspects arrested t, 19 were drug dealers nabbed in series of drug buy-busts conducted by the Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit and the Station Drug Enforcement Units of the Bocaue, Pulilan, San Jose Del Monte, Santa Maria, Plaridel, Angat, and Obando Police Stations.
Nabbed in drug stings were Rolando delos Reyes, Jonathan Paulino, Ricky Francisco, Sarah Jane Martin, Henry Herrera, Conrado Santos, Mark Mercado, Ronalyn Portugal, Eduardo Gutierrez, Denmark Hipolito, Lhea Orsal, John Carl Doculan, Maureen Mendoza, Jerrylyn Alvarado, Radito Reyno, Joseph Ian Hipolito, Gener Velasquez, Alvin Ray Torne, and Allan Pasion.
Seized from the suspects were 42 sachets of shabu worth P223, 896, a cal. .38 revolver and four live bullets, the marked money, and drug paraphernalias.
The campaign against wanted persons yielded 10 individuals with warrants of arrest.
Tracker teams from San Jose Del Monte, Bocaue, Malolos, Bustos, Marilao, Obando, and Guiguinto arrested William Ian French Lazaro for violation of Section 3 in relation to Section 7 of Republic Act 10054.
Arcen dela Cruz was nabbed for violation of Article 329 of the Revised Penal Code Republic Act; Ruben Tupaz Jr. for theft; Peter Bohol for rape; Tomas Peralta for parricide; Richardson Ayuda for robbery; Noel Maximo for reckless imprudence resulting in homicide; Cherryl Calayo for violation of Republic Act 10951; and George Valeriano and Michael Javillonar for violation of Republic Act 9165.
The San Jose Del Monte police’s anti-illegal gambling operation netted Liza Bellantes, Henica Garcia, and Demetrio Radoc playing tong-its. The three are facing charges for violation of Presidential Decree 1602 or the Anti-Illegal Gambling Act.
Patrolling Baliwag police arrested Mark Lowie Angeles for illegal gun possession after cops noticed a gun visibly tucked in his waist while standing on the road.
Arnedo said the Bulacan PNP is steadfast in pursuit of wanted persons, drug traffickers, and violators of the law.
