Mark Stephen Reyes, along with DSWD Social Welfare Officer II Rammilyn Majarilla, leads the Cash and Rice Distribution (CARD) program to 1,167 beneficiaries at the People’s Center in Tacloban City, Leyte Tuesday (July 9, 2024). As per President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.’s directive, Romualdez continues to deliver public service to support various sectors of society struggling with daily expenses and the rising cost of living.
