PARAÑAQUE CITY — SDCC Realty Corporation marked a major milestone in its growth and development journey with the grand opening of The Conduit Showroom, officially welcoming guests and partners to experience its vision for modern and sustainable urban living.
The momentous event was graced by Hon. Mayor Edwin L. Olivarez, Congressman Eric L. Olivarez, and other esteemed government officials and community leaders, reflecting the strong partnership between the local government and SDCC Realty in advancing city development.
The program began with a ceremonial ribbon-cutting, followed by a guided tour of the showroom’s meticulously designed model units and a detailed scale model of The Conduit—an upcoming architectural landmark envisioned to redefine contemporary city life.
Guests enjoyed live entertainment, curated refreshments, and an immersive presentation highlighting The Conduit’s signature elements—collaborative design, smart home innovations, and its promise of “Happy Homes” that bring together comfort, convenience, and community.

In his keynote message, Dr. Garibaldi O. Leonardo, Chairman of the Board of SDCC Realty Corporation, emphasized the company’s deeper purpose beyond construction and development.
