LAGUNA ABC President Bokal Baldemor “Boy” Zuñiga Jr. shared his significant accomplishments during his tenure as ABC President and outlined his vision as he embarks on a new challenge, running for Vice Governor of Laguna.
Zuñiga, known for his dedication and service to the community, emphasized his commitment to a more prosperous, abundant, and progressive province.
“If I am fortunate enough to be elected, I will fulfill my dream of a more prosperous, abundant, and progressive Laguna.” he stated.
One of the cornerstone programs of his campaign is “𝐈𝐬𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐌𝐢𝐥𝐲𝐨𝐧 𝐤𝐚𝐝𝐚 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐲” (𝐎𝐧𝐞 𝐌𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐲). This initiative aims to provide substantial financial support to each barangay in Laguna, enabling them to undertake improvements and projects that will directly benefit their constituents. “This program will significantly aid in the development of our barangays, allowing them to use the funds for necessary improvements and projects,” Zuñiga explained.
Another key program is “𝐁𝐚𝐨𝐧 𝐦𝐨, 𝐒𝐚𝐠𝐨𝐭 𝐊𝐨”, designed to assist students and their parents by providing essential support for their educational needs. Zuñiga has also been a steadfast advocate for those burdened with hospital bills. Through his efforts, many Lagunenses have received assistance via 𝐆𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐞 𝐋𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬 (𝐆𝐋)
from the office of Hon. Sen. Risa Hontiveros under the Medical Assistance to Indigent Financially Incapacitated Patients (MAIFIP) program. “I am committed to alleviating the burdens of my fellow Lagunenses by addressing their medical needs,” Zuñiga stated.
Additionally, Zuñiga announce that this year, the Siniloan Infirmary will be the recipient of a brand new CT scan machine worth 15 million pesos, a project realized through the assistance of Sen. Risa Hontiveros.
Zuñiga’s extensive experience in public service and his strong principles have earned him the respect and trust of his community. As he steps into this new role, he remains dedicated to his vision of a better Laguna.
