ANOTHER suspect in the hazing death of Adamson University student John Matthew Salilig was arrested on Thursday in Biñan City, Laguna.
Suspect Lester John Sus alias “Biggie” was nabbed during the service of a warrant of arrest in his house in Bgy. San Francisco in Biñan City.
Sus is among the 18 members of the Tau Gamma fraternity charged with violation of the Anti-Hazing Act in connection with the death of Salilig.
Police said 10 suspects in the case are now in the custody of the police.
Also last Thursday Justin Ar-Jay Ramos Fontanilla, 20, of Bgy. Alapan II, Imus, and Armando Bocalan Hernandez Jr., 21, of Bgy. Amaya 6, Tanza, both in Cavite, were arrested by the police.
The arrest warrants were issued by Judge Armin Noel Villamonte of the Biñan City Regional Trial Court Branch 155 on July 6, 2023.
