
POLICE arrested an architect after a cache of firearms and ammunition were found by the authorities during the service of a search warrant at his house in Concepcion, Tarlac.
Nabbed was Meynardo Falcon Fabula, 47, of 495 Kuliglig St., Bgy. Sta Rosa, Concepcion town.
Members of the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group-Tarlac Provincial Field Unit, Provincial Intelligence Team Tarlac, Regional Intelligence Unit 3, Special Action Force, 304th Mobile Company – Regional Mobile Force Battalion, and the Concepcion police implemented a search warrant issued by the Regional Trial Court Branch 113 of the Concepcion, Tarlac against Fabula.
The operation was part of the Philippine National Police’ “Oplan: Paglalansag Omega.”
Seized from the house of the architect suspect were a 5.56 rifle, five pieces of magazine assembly for 5.56 rifle, 102 pieces of live ammunition for cal. 5.56, one 9mm pistol, one magazine assembly for cal. .9mm pistol, 12 pieces of live ammunition for cal. .9mm, a cal..40 pistol, four pieces of magazine assembly for cal. .40 pistol, 46 pieces of live ammunition for cal. .40, one bag for a rifle, and a holster.
Cases for violation of the Comprehensive Law on Firearms and Ammunition were filed against the suspect.
