AN entrapment operation netted a “high-value” target and over P700,000 worth of shabu in Bgy. Gabon, Abucay, Bataan.
The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency – Bataan identified the arrested suspect as Ishad dela Fuente, 38, of Dela Fuente St., Bgy. Gabon in Abucay town.
According to PDEA, Dela Fuente had been in their radar since September following a tip from a concerned citizen in the area.
Seized from the suspect were one knot-tied cellophane of shabu weighing 104 grams valued at P731,200 and four plastic sachets of shabu worth P24,000.
The sting was launched by PDEA Bataan, PDEA Bataan Seaport Interdiction Unit, Bataan Police Provincial Office Drug Enforcement Unit, Abucay Municipal Police Station and the Bataan 2nd Provincial Mobile Force Company.
The suspect will be charged with violation of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
