
A WOMAN and two of his cohorts were arrested following the confiscation of more than P1 million worth of marijuana in an anti-illegal drugs operation in Bulacan.
In a report to Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Jose Hidalgo Jr ., arrested were Maribeth Melendez alias “Mariz,” Raffy Magpali, and Arwin Jae Meneses alias “Aweng.”
Operatives of the Malolos police SDEU, in coordination with SOU3, PNP-DEG, and PDEA3, conducted the entrapment in Bgy. Sumapang Matanda, Malolos City, Bulacan.
Seized during the operation were 10 plastic sachets containing suspected dried marijuana leaves, a disposable hand gloves containing suspected dried marijuana leaves, one improvised glass pipe containing suspected dried marijuana leaves, all weighing at least nine kilos with an estimated Dangerous Drugs Board value of P1,080,000, and the marked money.According to Hidalgo, the Central Luzon police will will keep on conducting anti-illegal drug operations to stop the proliferation of illegal drugs in the region
