CL cops arrest 4 most wanted felons

POLICE arrested four most wanted men during a two-day manhunt operations  in Bataan, Bulacan and Pampanga.

In Bataan,  Samal police arrested  Rene Boy Gulpi,  23,  of Bgy. Gugo,  for four counts of statutory rape.

In Bulacan, members of the  San Miguel police nabbed Rizaldy Salvador, 48, a top 8 most wanted in San Miguel, Bulacan for  falsification of public documents and  violation of  Customs Modernization and Tariff Act, Anti-Smuggling Act Of 2016.

In Pampanga,  the Sto. Tomas police arrested Amiel Peñaflor, 35, a top 4 most wanted person and member of Sputnik Gang, for violation of  RA 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.

Also in Pampanga, members of the  Mabalacat City police, 302nd Mobile Company Regional Mobile Force Battalion 3 and the Pampanga Provincial Mobile Force Company arrested Herwin Martin,  36, a public school teacher and a resident of Mabalacat City, for acts of lasciviousness.

Central Luzon police director Brig. Gen. Jose Hidalgo Jr. said the recent arrests showed  PRO3’s commitment to serve justice to the victims of crimes and punish law breakers.

“Central Luzon police will always put its best efforts to pursue individuals who are wanted by law and bring justice to their victims,” Hidalgo said.
