A MAN allegedly responsible in a recent armed robbery at a local convenience store in Sto. Tomas, Pampanga was arrested by the police on Tuesday.
Nabbed was Eddie Mutya, 25, of Bgy. Sto. Niño Sapa, Sto. Tomas, Pampanga.
In a report to Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Jose Hidalgo Jr., members of the Sto. Tomas police headed by Capt. Jester Calis launched the operation, which led to the identification and arrest of the suspect.
Seized from Mutya were the stolen cash amounting to P3,310, powdered milk worth P1,656, and cigarette valued at P11,263.
“The swift apprehension of Mutya is a testament to the professionalism and dedication of our personnel. Their relentless pursuit of justice ensures that those who commit crimes in our community will be held accountable for their actions,” Hidalgo said.
