ANGELES CITY Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin Jr. and his brother Pampanga Rep. Carmelo “Jon” Lazatin II on Tuesday inspected the ongoing rehabilitation works of the Sto. Niño Bridge in Magalang, Pampanga.
The rehabilitation of the Sto. Niño Bridge worth P56 million is among the priority projects of Rep. Lazatin in the first district.
The other projects include the replacement of the San Isidro Bridge (P15 million), the San Agustin Bridge (P30 million), the San Ildefonso Bridge (P56 million), the San Jose Bridge (P20 million), the Sta. Lucia Bridge (P10 million), and the San Francisco Bridge (P20 million).
With the Lazatin brothers in the site visit were Magalang Mayor Malu Lacson, councilor Norman Lacson, district engineer Arnold Ocampo of the Department of Public Works and Highways, Mayor Lazatin’s chief adviser Irish Calaguas, and executive assistant Reina Manuel, and Congressman Lazatin’s chief of staff Janie Sarmiento and congressional staff member Louie Lazatin.
Mayor Lazatin also accompanied Rep. Lazatin in his site visits to other infrastructure projects in Angeles City, which include the Cutcut Flyover Bridge, sports complex, asphalt-laying along the Manila North Road, Abacan Road Dikes, rehabilitation of Pandan Bridge, construction of the Mining-Tabun Road, construction of the Pandan-Tabun Road, rehabilitation of the road and drainage in Bgy. Malabanias, and rehabilitation of drainage in Bgy. Balibago.
