A 78-YEAR-OLD woman and two men were found drowned in three separate places in Laguna on the eve of All Saints’ Day.
The three were found drowned in different areas in Calamba City, Los Baños and Pangil, all in Laguna.
One of the victims was a 40-50 years old man with tattoo. He was found floating at the bay in Bayat Purok 5, Almond St. (Tabing Dagat) Bgy. Looc in Calamba, City.
Guillermo Elsinique said he was on a lunday boat when he saw the victim floating. He immediately informed the barangay officials.
The second victim was identified by the Pangil police as Nestor Monteagudo, 59.
Monteagudo was found floating at Pangil River .
n Los Baños, another alleged drowning victim was identified as Lilia Clado, 78, of Bgy. Maahas.
Prior to the alleged drowning, investigators were dispatched after they received a report about the missing victim around 4 a.m. on October 31 at Mulawin River, Sitio, Ibaba , Bgy. Maahas, Los Baños, Laguna.
A fisherman told the victims’ family that he saw Clado unconscious and floating on the river.
The sons and daughters of Clado told police that their mother was diagnosed with alzheimer’s disease and had a habit of roaming outside their house.
Police theorized that Clado slipped and fell from the creek that caused her death.
