OPERATIVES of the Drug Enforcement Unit on Saturday arrested a food delivery rider and his cousin following the confiscation of some P35 million worth of shabu in a buy-bust operation in Cebu City.
Arrested were Shelljay Centino Cuyno and his cousin Dennis Centino, both 24-years-old and residing in Bgy. Ermita.
Authorities said the suspects are regional-level drug couriers.

The suspects were caught after handing over illegal drugs to a police poseur.
During search, also confiscated from the suspects were some 5.12 kilos more of the “poor man’s cocaine” worth P34.8 million.
