Bacnotan, La Union – THE Regional Police Drug Enforcement Unit 1(RPDEU1) in collaboration with Regional Intelligence Division of Police Regional Office 1 (RID PRO1), Philippine Drug Enforcement Group – Special Operations Unit 1 (PDEG SOU1) and Philippine Drug Enforcement Authority – La Union (PDEA) and Bacnotan Municipal Police Station successfully confiscated 6 kilograms of dried Marijuana leaves with a standard drug price amounting to P720,000.00.
Bacnotan PNP said that two men, a 24 and 22-year old, both jobless and from Brgy Tubaday, Santol, La Union are considered as High Value Individuals (HIV).
They were arrested in a buy-bust operation conducted on January 7, 2025 in Brgy. Poblacion, Bacnotan, La Union with PNP authorities posing as buyers.
