DOH – Ilocos Regional Director Paula Paz M. Sydiongco lauds R1MC for successfully completing its Performance Governance System (PGS) journey. “You have been able to accomplish the needed reforms and achieved milestones along the way despite the challenges brought about by the Covid-19 pandemic and the transition to the new normal.”
“Organizational reforms and the journey to transformation must begin with every member of an organization in order to attain targets and initiatives for the realization of an objective, and this you have achieved, congratulations to all of you.”
Among R1MC’s initiatives presented during the online revalida was the establishment of their telemedicine program, advancement and promotion of employees, satisfaction survey and retention of healthcare workers, establishment of a yearly praise program for employee’s awards and incentives,
“I commend the entire workforce of R1MC for their steadfast commitment and completion of deliverables toward Institutionalization. The teamwork showed by the various departments, offices and units was indispensable in pursuing and achieving this significant title,” R1MC Medical Center Chief II Joseph Rolando O. Mejia stated,
“We dedicated this success to the people of Pangasinan who are our patrons in our mission of providing quality healthcare. Rest assured that we will continue with the ideals and goals of good governance for the benefit of our patient’s health and well-being,” he said.
