SPEAKER Ferdinand Martin G. Romualdez led the Bagong Pilipinas Serbisyo Fair (BPSF) in Tolosa, Leyte as part of the grand launch of BPSF in four provinces spearheaded by President Ferdinand “Bongbong” R. Marcos Jr.. Extended to a week from the initial two-day event the fair is expected to to initially serve an estimated 400, 000 Filipinos.
