
OPERATIONS in certain courts in Occidental Mindoro and Batanes were ordered suspended by the Supreme Court due to adverse weather conditions caused by typhoon “Goring.”
Among the affected courts include Regional Trial Court Branch 44, Family Court Branch 10, and Municipal Trial Court Branch 1 in Mamburao, Occidental Mindoro.
All courts in Batanes were also suspended from 12 noon on August 29 until August 30.
As of this writing, tropical cyclone wind signals are still hoisted over several areas in the country due to “Goring.”
The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical Astronomical Services Administration said enhanced southwest monsoon will bring occasional or monsoon rains over the western portions of Central and Southern Luzon, and Visayas over the next three days.
