ABOUT 115 newly-promoted PNP personnel of the Police Regional Office 3 on Tuesday took their oath at the PRO3 Parade Grounds of Camp Captain Julian Olivas, City of San Fernando in Pampanga.

The oath taking, mass pinning and donning of ranks of the newly-promoted police commissioned officers and non-commissioned officers were led by  PRO3 director Brig. Gen. Cesar Pasiwen.

Do not cling to corruption, do not engage in illegal activities. Maglingkod kayo ng tapat at taos-puso sa sambayanang Pilipino,” Pasiwen said.

Amomg those promoted were Capt. Silvestre Colanza, deputy chief of the Bagac police; and PCMS Jewelle Rivera, of the Regional Public Information Office 3.
