THREE children drowned on Monday in a river in Bgy. San Miguel, San Antonio Zambales.
The victims were identified as John Andre Guania, and Prince Nythan Ocol, both 5-years-old, and Brietanya Alexa Ancho, 3.
The three were last seen alive playing at a nearby resort at 2 p.m. on Monday.
After a few hours, they were seen floating a few meters away from the shoreline.
Witnesses rushed the kids to San Marcelino District Hospital, where they were declared dead on arrival.
