Speaker Ferdinand Martin G. Romualdez, assisted by Sen. Ramon “Bong” Revilla Jr., Mindanao Development Authority Secretary Leo Tereso Magno, Marino Party-list Rep. Sandro Gonzalez and a representative from the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), leads the distribution of assistance under the Start-Up, Investments, Business Opportunities and Livelihood (SIBOL) program to 3,000 beneficiaries at the Ayala Azuela Cove, in Lanang, Davao City Thursday (Sept. 5, 2024). An initiative of Speaker Romualdez, in collaboration with the DSWD, SIBOL aims to support start-up businesses and existing small, micro and medium enterprises through a convergence of government initiatives and private sector efforts, and substantial capital infusion. Present during the event are more than 180 district and party-list House members led by Senior Deputy Speaker Aurelio “Dong” Gonzales Jr. and other local government officials.
