THE Department of Interior and Local Government, and the Chief of the Philippine National Police, the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) together with the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) launched a highly coordinated, simultaneous four law enforcement operations in Parañaque, Bulacan and Pampanga today, May 27, 2026, aimed at locating and serving the arrest warrant against Senator Ronald “Bato” M. Dela Rosa.
Police Major General Robert AA Morico II, the Director of CIDG confirmed that tracker teams from NBI and PNP — CIDG, Intelligence Group (IG), territorial police units from National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) and Police Regional Office 3 (PRO 3) were deployed to execute the court order. The simultaneous actions materialize recent directives from the DOJ to enforce the Warrant of Arrest issued by the International Criminal Court (ICC).
Today’s synchronized movements across four separate locations underscores the PNP and NBI’s commitment to track down fugitives and enforce judicial orders seamlessly across regional borders – all arrest warrants are treated the same, without bias or exception.
The PNP assures the public that all actions undertaken shall remain impartial, professional, and within the bounds of the law, with full respect for the constitutional rights of all parties concerned and entirely committed to seeking the truth and upholding the integrity of the justice system.
