POLICE on Wednesday rescued in Sta. Rosa City, Laguna a female Chinese national allegedly kidnapped by her compatriots in Paranaque City.
A report from the Police Regional Office 4A said Carlos Delaro found Zhong Jin Ming on handcuffed, crawling and asking for help in front of his house in San Lorenzo South Subdivision in Bgy. Malitlit, Sta. Rosa City at 10 a.m. on Wednesday.
The witness also spotted two Chinese looking men who were later on identified as Xie Jing Long and Sheng Likun. He immediately sought the help of his neighbors and the police.
Responding policemen arrested the suspects.
Initial investigation showed the suspects kidnapped Ming at the parking lot of PITX in Paranaque City and brought her to Sta. Rosa City.
Recovered from the suspects were a cal. 45 pistol, a Prada hand carry bag, a North Face black jacket, Longines wristwatch, Para-ordnance, two iPhone smartphones, a Redmi cellphone, two small boxes of women’s viagra, and P137,555 cash in different denominations .
