Lithuanian Wildlife photographer Eugenijus Kavaliauska’s entry to the 2022 Nikon Small World Photomicrography Competition has created chills over the internet as it has gained popularity due to continuous sharing of users.
Picture was taken using a highly magnified camera which revealed a very detailed face of an ant.
The picture was magnified five times under a microscope.
The yearly competition celebrates the art of microscope photography, which allows people to capture details the human eye cannot see.
Photographers who wished to submit an entry can do it online by going to the Nikon Small World website.
