Cavite provincial election supervisor (PES) attorney Mico Morales-Castro, Cavite Provincial Police Office Director Col. Christopher Olazo, and Candice Rona Ramirez of the Department of the Interior and Local Government lead the kick-off ceremony at the City Plaza for the conduct of checkpoints 30-days before the Carmona cityhood plebiscite that will take place on July, 8 this year. If the Yes vote wins, the town of Carmona will become the 8th city of the province of Cavite, along with General Trias, Imus, Bacoor, Dasmariñas, Tagaytay, Trece Martires and the historic City of Cavite.
