A DECAPITATED body of a man on Sunday was found dumped near a river in Angeles City, Pampanga.
Police are investigating the identity of the victim.
The Angeles City police said they received a report that a decapitated body of a still unidentified man was dumped on the edge of the Abacan River in Jaoville, Bgy. Pandan, Angeles City.
A resident who passed by the area saw the body and immediately informed the police.
The victim was 5’7’ in height, of medium built, and wearing blood-soaked Fubu sando and gray shorts. His hands were tied with a nylon cord.
Personnel of the Scene of the Crime Office (SOCO) were requested to process the crime scene for possible identification of the victim.
