Paranaque City – IN celebration of Philippine Blockchain Week, CoinEx, along with its partner platforms and sponsors, hosted "Manila in the Sky: A Night to Connect"– an official side event held at Palma Roofbar that brought together Web3builders, venture capitalists, creators, and community members for an evening of learning, collaboration, and connection.
The event was designed not only to network and celebrate the Philippine Blockchain Week, but also to reinforce the importance of blockchain literacy, community empowerment, and the ethical advancement of crypto adoption. As stated by Mr. Dell Omasas, Country Manager of CoinEx Philippines, the goal was to strengthen the local Web3 ecosystem and make crypto education more accessible to everyday Filipinos.
Prominent event partners such as Rolarian, Blub Powered by Sui, SparkPoint, Anichess, and Trust Wallet were in full attendance, with each platform sharing insights into their respective innovations and contributions to the Web3 space. Community partners Xipher AI, Cryptita Plays, Airdrop ng Mga Bobo (ANMB), and GrindMode energized the night with interactive booths, games, and giveaways that drew interest from both long-time enthusiasts and first-time attendees.
Short, impactful presentations from each partner helped demystify core Web3 concepts – from decentralized finance to blockchain gaming – and emphasized the role of collaboration in building a more inclusive digital future. Notable KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) and crypto educators such as Joseph “Whizkid”J. Lejarde, Kookoo Crypto, Bluffsaid, SG of ANMB, Ultim8 X Gaming, and BitPinas also offered basic insights on crypto trading and responsible investing, making the event informative and beginner-friendly.
