A DEAD man was found floating in the Abacan River in Bgy. Pandan, Angeles City.
The identity of the victim, who was found wearing a green t-shirt and brown shorts, is being verified.
Joel Abandia 46, a native of Muson, Taytay, Rizal and a resident of Purok 3 Sitio Maligaya, Bgy. Pulung Maragul, Angeles City, reported to the police about the body he spotted on the river.
