A WOMAN was found dead and dumped on the road in Bacolor, Pampanga.
The identity of the victim is being verified.
Mark Gutierrez, 42, a resident of Zone 3 Sukol, Bgy. Sta. Ines, Bacolor town, spotted the victim on the road.
Gutierrez immediately called the police.
Officers led by Lt. Ancelito Felicisimo went to the area and saw a woman’s body in handcuffs, with an illuminati tattoo on her back.
Authorities flashed an alarm for the identity of the victim.
